Club Penguin - Target [Bug!!]

Graser34 was taking the test for the EPF when he reported to me that the TARGET there didn't work, so, I tried it myself! It didn't work!! I sure hope that bug clears up so that Graser34 can become an EPF agent!! Sorry!
